How your business can benefit from EU import and export tools

The «Access2Markets» portal is the free digital platform of the European Commission aiming to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) wishing to internationalize outside the borders of the European Union, to gain the best possible access to the information they need, to grow, and remain competitive.

It enables SMEs to access the information they need when trading with Third Countries such as Customs Duties and Taxes, Customs Regimes, Formalities and Requirements, Rules of Origin, Export Measures, Statistics, Trade Barriers, and much more.

It also allows access to key information needed for trade in services, investment, and public procurement in third countries, as well as current EU Trade Agreements and how a business can benefit from them.

In addition, on the Access2Markets portal, the rules of origin self-assessment tool «ROSA», is available, allowing companies to check whether a product complies with the rules of origin and therefore qualifies for preferential tariff treatment under a specific EU trade agreement.

For your convenience, regarding the search for product codes, we present the website in the database of the Integrated Tariff of European Communities, better known as «TARIC» (from the initials of the integrated tariff in French)
